Accommodation with animals

1. Pets (dogs) of small breeds weighing up to 5 kg are recognized as animals at the Hotel. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether this pet is allowed in the room.
2. When checking into the Hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with the “Rules for Staying Guests with Pets” and sign that they agree with these rules.
3. The guest is obliged to bring with him a special rug or a special cage for a pet.
4. It is forbidden to walk pets in the territory.
5. A guest must bring special dishes with them to feed their pets.
6. For the toilet of pets, the guest must bring special trays with them.
7. It is forbidden to feed animals from dishes belonging to the Hotel.
8. In the absence of a special cage for a pet, it is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, lobby and on the hotel premises.
9. It is forbidden to take pets with you to a restaurant, bar and other common areas.
10. It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cubicles of rooms, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
11. It is forbidden to comb pets in the hotel room and hotel lobby.
12. The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff or during repair work in the room.
13. When checking into the Hotel with a pet, the guest must pay for the stay of the animal in the room, the cost of which is 500 UAH/day.
14. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest staying with the animals:
– in case of violation of the rules of residence;
– in case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of the pet.
15. The free movement of animals without a leash in public areas – halls and corridors of the hotel is prohibited.
